When you show me a video of someone firing NLB so fast it kills quicker than TLW (and I've used NLB long enough to know it's impossible) I will donate my life savings to the bullshit charity fund. As for Hawkmoon, I haven't had experience with it as im on Xbone, but from what ive heard it can hit all of its lucky shots as one lethal blow (so i agree it [i]technically[/i] as a faster ttk).
As for pulse rifles ive used super pox vlo and i can safely say ive never killed someone as fast as ive killed people with thorn.

Red death bad juju three little words and I one shot a guy with no land beyond just search on YouTube no land beyond montage and you will see a bunch of 1 shot kills
