So using the weapon is cheating? I aim with every weapon I have but shotguns. You can't be banned for aiming a weapon...

Technically you would be getting banned for exploiting a glitch, but if you didnt know the glitch existed they shouldnt be able to ban you.

hard to believe this gun is still bro.......lol sorry almost said that without laughing, thinking bungie fixes bugs. On a serious note, I did not know this bug existed, the gun imo, is not as good as the Thorn.

I cant ever get it to shoot as fast as it should. I must just be a little rusty with the trigger finger :p
