Exotic bounty weapons arent increasing grimoire scores. Hydra kills in Archon Priest strike aren't contributing to the Hydra kills count (with exception to first hydra in the cave of Winter's Lair)

In addition, exotic weapon do not grant any Grimoire Score.

Majors and Ultras (Yellow health bar) enemies do not count towards total kills.
