Do roc strikes count towards grimoire, and Can u get dlc drops, or current dlc damage input and output weapons and armor from tiger strikes, and do tiger strikes count towards grimoire??? Please answer

No, none of the strikes from the any of the playlists count to grimoire, but I think Bungie is working on fixing this. Don't know about the rest of your question though, sorry.
