Well..
These guys have a lot of men.
Their numbers could rival Atlas'.
And could potentially surpass them.
They pay well...
This isn't even considering their weaponry...

Atlas has around 30 times droids than the entire coalition has citizens. I'd be surprised if they could be surpassed
