I remember when I thought I'd try going to a melee/project m tournament. I entered project m and got trashed by people who said they weren't that good. And the people playing melee seemed better than project m. That said, I've definitely improved since then.

You always get destroyed at your first tourney, and PM is easy compared to melee so don't worry about it

Edited by spamLEGENDS: 4/25/2015 7:04:29 AMYeah, I just played PM again today after playing a lot of Melee over the past couple of months. As a Captain Falcon main, the techniques in PM seem a bit easier, but the problem is it seems slower, and it's way easier to be shield-grabbed out of ariels.

the window for everything is huge compared to melee and it is slower, but I liked Pm because everyone is viable in tourney, and I love using Zelda and now I can be effective with her
