How can some Guardians have 75 Ghosts?

I saw a few Players with 75 Dead Ghosts! Destiny without DLC: 62 Dark Below: 6 Kingswatch DLC Area !GLITCH!: 2 Venus GRAVLIFT Area !GLITCH!: 3 -> so I got 73! Where can I find the other two Dead Ghosts? And YES, i entered all 29 Bungie Codes. btw: Xbox One Player!
