I can't stand Hunters.

Edit:
I haven't seen you defend your statement at all...
Because in all honesty I don't care enough to put forth the effort. I was venting after a bad crucible match and expected this to be a throwaway thread that would die within minutes. Had no idea people took this shit so seriously here, even deleted all the text essentially and they're still pouring in. It was fun watching them get up in arms about it like a horde of manchildren though.

 • Lmfao. Well lets dissect your post bit by bit >:)
Every Hunter I see in the crucible uses the shotgun + slide + blink (which should be a Warlock only ability) combo, because apparently they're too lazy to actually work for their kills. This isn't a problem with the class, it's more like a trend with the people who tend to play Hunters.
I play Gunslinger with a Scout Rifle and Sniper 80% or the time. I can name 4 other friends that only use gunslinger as well. If you are complaining that we have it, why don't you blink too? There is no difference from a hunter and warlock blinking. Maybe hunters are a fraction of a second faster, warlocks have far superior Recovery.
Their supers are overpowered. Name any non-Hunter subclass super that has as much duration, defense increase, raw power, and directability as the Golden Gun or Arcblade. In most cases they're insta-kills and you can wipe out whole teams with them effortlessly.
Radiance. Ward of dawn, for starters. And really??? Defense increase??? Have you played a hunter???? Golden gun gives you NO HEALTH INCREASE. Hear me? ZERO!!! Arc blade gives you a whopping 50 health. Whoopedeedo!!!! Your base health ranges from 185-200, depending on armor stat. Next, golden gun has 3 shots, 4 if using an exotic. I fail to see how that's a "whole team wipe" BUT FIRE IF THEY ARE BUNCHED UP- Just shut up please. If they are bunched up enough for combustion to take effect then Fist of Havok or Nova bomb would work better, as you barely risk dying with all the armor increases. Like I said, arc blade gives you 50 more health. Ever taken a felwinters lie to the face? 328 damage, kill. In bladedancers form? 328 damage. Kill. Just throw in a Melee I you need to. Dead. Unless you lack the basic skill to shoot a gun at at target CHARGING YOU FROM A DISTANCE, it's easy to kill a bladedancer. Seriously, if you have at least two team members that know where the guy is with arc blade, he stands 0 chance. Know where that Titan is? Too bad. Fist of Havok. Also, arc blade WILL NOT 1 SHOT if the other person has ANY form of shield. Period.
Tripmine grenades have a ridiculous range when set off and if they don't just kill you outright, they'll leave you with extremely miniscule health. Sure, Warlock grenades have the tracking stuff and Titan grenades have the useful auxiliary effects, but none of those grenades will do near as much raw damage as a Hunter grenade.
Raw damage as hunt- Wait, What? WHAT??? Hunters have arguably the worst grenades in the game. Incindiary? Have fun killing cripples with that. If you can't see THE BLINKING RED LIGHT on a tripmine, then you really shouldn't be playing destiny.
Really gets annoying sometimes.
Little tip. Play as more than a level 27 warlock before you complain about a class on the forums. Go get a hunter to 30, max both subclasses, then talk to me. Any questions?
