At level 30, you are able to deal the exact same amount of damage to level 30 enemies as a 31 or a 32. So long as someone has good weapons, they should be fine. If you're concerned about skill, read someone's grimoire score. If it's above 1400~1500, then they've played a good enough time in my book. Also, if you've ever applied for a job, you should know that you can't get experience unless you have experience. (Give the newbs some insight).
