Sure there will be. I understand that everyone will be able to level up once they change the level cap. The point I was making is that the level 32 people will be starting @ 32 going to 33, the others will be starting at say 31 going to 32 that is where the advantage for them will show as well as in the RAIDS.

As soon as you put on that new DLC armor you are no longer 32. The only way to level up new armor is with bounties and doing missions. In theory once DLC drops everyone will be able to level up art same pace as long as you are at least rank 3 and have commendations to spend. Outside of exotic armor everyone will probably be rocking new vendor gear as soon as it drops. Meaning everyone is essentially on the same level.
