I hate people who do this... Kill everything and get rewarded, how are legendary engrams gonna drop if you don't kill the enemy.

I usually let my teammates do whatever they want but me personally I'll be up ahead at the boss killing him
-
I have gotten more from enemy kills than finish reward. Usually not from the boss or anything difficult, but like a shank (gotta love RNG). Yes, getting to the end is guaranteed at least 2 blue quality. However, statistically, you are better to kill all. As I said below, Destiny = slot machine.

I wish I had that kind of RNG love :( Haven't seen a legendary engram in over a week... and I ran ROC strikes all weekend.
-
They're more likely to appear as rewards for finishing the strike, which will take less time if you progress through them faster (which this allows the entire team to do). Case in point, I haven't had a legendary engram drop during a strike in weeks. I did, however, get a legendary heavy weapon engram yesterday that decrypted into a Gally. I also received about half a dozen other legendary engrams, all from ROC strike REWARDS.
-
I'd much rather kill a every enemy along the way AND get the rewards at the end. Highest chance for decent engrams.
-
Yes, but finishing a strike guarantees rewards, whereas killing things does not. In the long term, being able to complete strikes faster at the expense of killing every single enemy should logically be more beneficial.
-
I've had more than one occasion where my teammates ran ahead and I've gotten rare and legendary engrams from the enemies they left behind. I'm not saying I kill every single enemy every single time. But ill take my chances and get the rewards and the end.
-
False, I get them all the time!

How are legendary engrams going to drop if you don't efficiently get to the GUARANTEED engram drop rewards screen... >___>
