Not trading. That would break the game.
Lending to other fireteam members would be a good compromise.

lending or actually trading? or maybe a trading system between clan members?

I say lending. You may lend a weapon to a fire-team member, during that time it is unavailable for you to use. When you leave the fire-team all of your lent weapons go with you. It is a good compromise I think. Still, I can see where it would cause some issues (almost everything has a downside), but it would cause nearly the chaos flat out trading or selling weapons would.
