I collected every single dead ghost and it says I'm still missing:
Ghost Fragment: The Queen
Ghost Fragment: Old Russia
Ghost Fragment: The City Age 2
And Mercury
It says I have found every dead ghost in my Dead Ghost grimoire section though. Please fix this.
