your only level 29, don't worry about that stuff to hard right now, start raids once your level 24, you can get there by getting special armor that has light to it like normal armor has intellect disciple strength etc, you gert the armour by doing normal stuff (srikes, crucible, bounties). focus on joining a faction (more info online) to buy armour from them, also level up your subclasss I can play with you on weekends
