Ghost fragment darkness 3, ghost fragment human are glitches for me. It also doesn't show me to have the might of crota "ogre in warming misson" even though I did kill him again after update. I am still thoroughly reviewing things to make sure I don't miss any but the listed items are very fresh on my mind at the moment and I would like to see them resolved. Also if there is any way you can help I still have not gotten my ore order COD AW shader. I seriously would love to have that matter resolved as well. Thanks
