I think the problem is that people are rating the game based on what was promised and what we got.
We got about 60% of what we were promised lol.
Overall though I would give an 8/10.

You were given almost everything you were promised. There's a difference between what people implied we'd get, and what Bungie promised us. One of the only things I can really think of things being "promised" (and I use quotes because they never actually promised anything, they just said things while the game was still Alpha) is that the game would be bigger. The only reason they cut out free roam space was because they said last gen wouldn't be able to handle it.

Voice acting doesn't suck? Again, it's opinion based. I enjoy the VA. You don't. You weren't lied to, it's just not your cup of tea. Now please tell me things that you were [b]actually[/b] lied to about. Honestly the easiest thing, and I'm surprised you didn't point it out, is about them saying everything you see is playable.

Voice acting is wonderful on secondary characters decent on important characters and awfall on dinkley...
