Not sure I agree with 9/10 but it does have solid gameplay 6/10 for me

That's fair as the story is less than par. I myself am a grinder. I come from the grind heavy rpg's and I actually don't mind the grind. It's actually fun for me. I pop on some music and farm away.

Same here. Lately, personally I have been seeing much better drops. I have picked up 6 legendaries in the last couple weeks. 3 with pretty good rolls on them.
