Yeah, this windows has long since passed. The Halo Data on all our accounts were frozen in time when the API was crossed over to 343 Industries on March 30th, 2012. Essentially, what you have on your current bungie.net profile is what you get. Legacy profiles can't be updated anymore. They don't have the technology.

  • Have you recently changed your Xbox Live email authentication or Gamertag to something else? That can cause the link to be broken. Simply switching it back may help it, but there is no guarantee.
