This game is definitely an 8.5. It would be a 9.5 if they put the story in the game rather than in the grimoire.

Barely any content. Endless mindless grind with no rewards. No access ingame to raids, 60-80% have never done a raid. Annoying upgrade paths. Pretty much no variety in gear. Not enough guns, at all. I could go on for hours. It's absolutely at best a 6, more like a 3 to me.

Um....yea the variability in weapons and amount of game hours for this game is more than most other FPS games save a very select few. COD.....BF....KZ.....Even Halo are much shorter games. Just because some people choose not to do the raids doesnt mean you cannot include them.

Not about choice. Most would love difficult content but, most don't know that many people, most won't use a third party website and most would prefer an ingame lfg and matchmaking.
