Legendary Black Hammer Upgrade Problems
I got the black hammer and spent time and resources upgrading it. It is fully upgraded, but there is no yellow highlight around it, and it doesn't cause damage to enemies. I can't find an email to contact bungie/destiny anywhere.

Mine is, only because i fully upgraded it before hive disruptor perk was removed. I hate my other ones wont fully upgrade to gold outline

2 RepliesIt's a know bug. They removed hive disruptor because it would bug with white nail perk. The reason there is no gold trim is because that perk is missing.

3 RepliesThis is the only way to contact Bungie As for Black Hammer, the Hive Disruptor per was removed due to interference with White Nail, so it will not show as maxed. It still does max damage, don't worry.

5 RepliesThe Black Hammer sniper rifle, like all Crota's End weapons, initially came with an upgrade called Hive Disruptor. The activation of Hive Disruptor on this weapon made the weapon's primary perk White Nail work improperly, so Bungie disabled it. Until Bungie re-enables it, your Black Hammer technically isn't fully upgraded. That's why your weapon does not have the yellow lining around the icon.
