There is indeed a way to check the old site. To view the old forums and all their glory, just head on over to [url=http://halo.bungie.net/default.aspx]halo.bungie.net[/url].
I took the liberty to look up [url=http://halo.bungie.net/Account/profile.aspx?uid=8893316]your profile[/url] on the old site. By the looks of it, you only achieved "honorable member", which would not qualify you for an emblem concerning your membership status. It also shows you've only played Halo 3 and Reach, so you would also be disqualified from achieving the "Inner Chamber" emblem.

Thanks man. I looked up a few other accounts and the best I had was up to Exalted member. On further investigation that is only a title to show that my behavior on the site was good, but I wasn't active enough consistently to be a Heroic member. I have some accounts that have logged games of Halo 2. Does that qualify for an emblem? I'd just have to link this Destiny account to them to have the emblem achieved, I believe. Just have to recover passwords and such.

For the Inner Chamber emblem you had to have played at least 4 of the past 6 Bungie games on the same account. This would mean any combination of Halo 2, 3, ODST, Reach, Marathon: Durandal (Xbox 360 version), and - if I'm correct because of the nature of Reach - Halo: PC/Mac. The Halo: PC/Mac one, I'm guessing, is counted from Reach in a way. Back on Reach, to obtain the Spartan Helmet nameplate you had to have played all the previous Halo games online. The work around for figuring out who played Halo: CE was to use the PC and Mac product keys since there was no other way to validate you played Halo: CE on the 360.
