Whoa whoa. Hold on.. please tell me how this isn't an FPSMMO with matchmaking?

It's an fps rpg with mmo qualities but definitely not an mmo. The tower is limited to 16 people, missions/strikes are limited to 3 and raids are limited to 6, and open world areas Idk the number but not a lot. There aren't dedicated servers... Need I go on?
