My grimoire score tells me I've picked up 69 out of a possible 68 ghosts. I have not been glitching into locked areas to get extra ones. Any ideas? ☺

68 there should be there was one apparently that could be picked up multiple times but has now been fixed that's why it's over the counter.

There was a few that were bugged. Wouldn't go away. Under the stairs at the entrance to "Siege of the warmind". When they released TDB it was fixed though. And on top of the structures to the far left of the Gatelord plate.

I have the same amount of ghosts - with two of them coming from the Kings Watch section... and i'm still wondering what is the definitive number of dead ghosts in the game...
