The guys producing the bubbles won't be getting many kills as they are just sat in a bubble the majority of the time.
They are playing as back up for the golden gun guys. I just see it as organised team work, I'm sure there are ways of ending the bubbles.

Which is hard to get when you're going up against Hunters perpetually using Golden Gun. Plus I can only end 1-2 bubbles and they're replaced instantaneously. It takes teamwork and coordination to end the tactic. Not to run it.
