I've done it once (not proud), I was the hunter. Thing is, hunters need to get out of the bubble to get kills, just hard scope your sniper at his face.
I'm yet to face a team who does this, it'll probably be fun to Finalround them with my spear...

Well, the blessing shield goes with the hunter...

He'd still die with a headshot no matter what. You'll need a high impact sniper, LDR or similar ones will do the job.

Oh yup, I'm just learning how to snipe. Still suck. But that makes sense- ldr, longbow(maybe), black hammer, efrideets Does it have to be with final round? Or does black hammer do it too?

No need for final round if you can land a headshot with one of the snipers you mentioned, longbow works as well. :)
