I bet that if bungie didn't say anything you wouldn't have even noticed the 2.5% nerf.

Uhh yeah it was noticeable right off the bat. If you ever ran a raid or strike with an AR before and then after the patch, you would of noticed like I did.

Actually... the first time I noticed was at the DS.... I used to always use the abyss defiant against the witches, it was awesome... after the patch they were completely unusable if you shot the witches from mid platform...
