What kinda guardian are you?!
Lone Wolf breaks off from the pack, works his own way regardless of what his team is planning or doing. Strong in their own right, but unpredictable and a pain if they get them selves killed.
Medic: fights when they can, otherwise making sure to get downed allied. Very reliable person, well rounded but concerns them selves with getting downed team mates over actually fighting.
Heavy: has all the OP weapons, damage dealing tanker with no speed or agility. Just walking armor with the biggest guns the game has to offer. Often used as mobile cover and bait by their team, but valued greatly.
Assassin: you stay back, pick off enemies and strike when unexpected. You may not have the highest kills, but with your hand cannons and sniper rifles, you kill the most troublesome before they even knew what hit them.
Leader: the fire team boss everyone likes and respects. Your skills at fighting are well rounded, but you have the talent to lead even the most unlikely of teams to victory.
Leroy Jenkins: LEEEEEERRRROOOOYYTT JEEEEEEENKINS!!!!! Often making bum rushes? Just crashing in to the enemy an killing all you can before often getting killed your self? Often hear the medic saying "poor choices.."? This is you then.

Edit: wow, most responses ever :0 keep it coming guardians! Brag on your bum rushes and healing stories! I found most people are mixes but favor one thing over the other.

Mix of leader, medic, and assassin. If running with a team of random in crucible i will attempt to moderate players and zones that are troubling my team. If i have my own team we become a force to reckon with :D

I look at the current situation and the people I'm playing with to choose a role. Normally I have to do half of the roles by myself. I want to get shit done quickly people so please go all out if you can. When everyone gives it their all shit gets done fast. I've been in raid groups were people just said let's get it done. Only things I heard after were "now" and "out". No wipes were made due to bad skills. Then there were the raids with no chat available. Talk about the skilled players out there.

I refer to myself as a freelancer when I play the game. Jumping into a raid, I usually just follow orders and take point with whatever the others are doing. I'm a mix between a lone wolf and a heavy in that regard. If the team needs a leader (or a[i] better[/i] leader) I'll step in and fill that role, too. But if you can't step up, I'm out. You ain't paying me enough to deal with total failure for too long.

I decided, a mix with heavy and jenkins without the "getting myself killed"

Mix between Heavy, lone wolf, and support. Heavy for when we need a tank to run out with Thunderlord and rip shit up. Lone wolf when my team needs me to guard alone or do something alone. Support when they are under heavy fire and are going to die. I use my super and save them or take fire off them

And -blam!- you for it. Learn to play as a team. Medic? Go save lives on hard mode. Wait you can't. You are now reduced to a bullet sponge. Assassin, sounds great until you realize you're just another lone wolf. Noone likes them in a raid. Heavy great! Stand there and take hits from enemies that can one shot you. Leader? Nah no such thing. There are groups and everyone knows their job. And there are groups with leaders. Who usually yell and scream and get nothing done. And Leroy? Why? Do you like oversoul or is crota paying you off? There are two types, people who know what to do and people who don't. If you don't be willing to learn. That means listen and don't be -blam!-ing stupid. Those who know. Be patient, they'll get it. And if they don't well, why do you think there is a boot feature?

Assassin. I own a clan called IIThe Dark BrotherhoodII lol contracts are crucible enemies and we fulfill these contracts fast and efficiently. ;)

Definitely mix. When doing missions, I love being alone. If I'm in a raid, I like reviving my teammates and playing the supporting role. In CE, I'm always on boomer duty. In VoG, you can count on me to take out the oracles quickly.

1 ReplyHeavy, lone wolf, and medic mix. I take the direct dangerous route straight through regardless of my teams strategy at times, but if I hear guardian down, my first reaction is to get there and get them up.
