Class Action Lawsuit - Bungie False Advertisement
So we all know that in at least one video it was stated that Guardians would be able to "zip off to Saturn", while we have been stuck inside the asteroid belt with no hint of exploring other planets within Destiny (Vol 1).
A friend of mine, who also plays and is a well established civil lawyer, has decided to look into a CAL for false advertisement by Bungie essentially leading people to believe that the entire Solar System was accessible.
Just want to get your thoughts on this. I told him good luck with fighting the man.

I told him good luck with fighting the man.[/quote] If I'm not mistaken somewhere in the agreement every player agrees to before playing we acknowledge that "bungie reserves the right to withhold, remove, and add content as they see fit". Or something along those lines. So that pretty much protects them from money hungry ragers.

We all know this is a retarded troll. All points where you could sue for "false advertisement" are thrown away in the fact at the bottom of demo videos and at the beginning of E3 it clearly states "may not represent final product" to stop idiots from suing for no reason

It could be added in the future like the comet dlc, this is a great game last thing bungie needs is a CAL, why dont you suggest them to add saturn and maybe they will listen and add it!

They never said it would be able to be done in destiny number one. Fast forward 10 years and let me know if every single installment destiny makes full fills every one of their statements. All they said was yes you will be able to do this not when they will let you do it. So no not false advertisement. This is one of destinys yearly games that supposed to come out in the same play style let's see if it continues on for the next 9 installments then decide if they fulfilled all they said they would

I don't see the problem. I see all those planets out of my window as I zoom by them to the Reef. Use the Uber Code while in hyperspace and every planet shows up on the left side of your ship. Really cool looking stuff IMHO. I think I even saw a sign on Io that said HoW is here, send help ASAP! Can't wait to visit Io...
