Hello everyone, We still have openings in our group to play weekly strikes/raids on the weekends. We currently have 7 individuals (including myself) on the team. We have had multiple successes running the weekly strikes and the Vault of Glass and one victory in Crota's End. So far, our greatest challenge has been assembling enough players to run the raids on a weekly basis consistently. To this effect, we are looking to expand by adding 5 more individuals at this time. To reiterate what we are looking for, we want to eliminate our need to play with random people every time we go to do a strike/raid as it causes unnecessary frustration. We wish to obtain a close knit group of individuals who are not only professional and respectful, but also have the dedication to get together and help each other inside and outside of the weekly activities in the long term. These values form the core of how our group functions and we take them very seriously. Our main challenge for recruitment so far has not been a lack of interest as much as it has been a lack of dedication from new recruits. We have been forced to turn down people who didn't take our core values seriously or were just completely uncooperative. However, do not let what I just said discourage you. If you believe in our core values and think you will be a great team player with us, then I highly encourage you to join. We are not setting level requirements to join. So, if you're not at a high enough level for raids or the heroic strikes, no problem!
