Some of my in progress grimoires' are not leveling. Some being of which; strikes intro ogre kills, centurion, servitors, colossus

Strikes intro only count when launching the strike from the planet destination and not from any of the vanguard playlists. As for the Ogres, centurions, servitors, and colossuses, they need to be red health for them to register with the grimoire. Major and ultras do not count. I believe this is why your grimoire hasn't progressed.
