All weapons should be available when you first install the game. We already pay for the game and Bungie and all other software companies seem to think it's OK that paying for a game is like buying a lottery ticket and some people get to see the whole thing while others don't.

they are all available, you just have to get them through rng, you are not entitled to have the game just give them too you just because you want them.
