The chance is the same no matter what you use.
Use them with the low levels anyway, that way you can get useful items while you're a low level

Yea sure, but as far as I remember , when I was low Lvl in the past - it felt like coins never dropped from engrams. So I was wondering.. Anyway , thanks dude
