9 and 11? That's luck AF, I'm at 13 now without any... I think you should be able to buy faction shaders at rank 15 for 100 Crucible Marks.

I have a combined 45 ranks and 1 shader.

that's quite unlucky. I have combined ranks of 38 and I have received 4 shaders (bittersteel twice) and the ship. Still missing the revenant though :(

Trust me the struggle is real. The only shader I have is hanged man, which is on my main titan. There are alot of people that don't receive anything for many ranks.
