How did you earn it? You played a game and was randomly given an item for doing so. That is the same as someone running the weekly on 30 to collect max coins and buying it. This whole I earned it crap is getting old. Technically the only way to earn something in destiny is through an exotic bounty because there are steps to take to earning it.
