I recently received "The Chance" (FWC Legendary) which I am still leveling up. I have 4 Rare Lvl 20 242 Attack Regulator Mk 56. One of them has explosive and penetrating rounds (options not simultaneous selection). This is so far my favorite Hand Cannon. I'd like to see a complete comparison of these Rare, Legendary and Exotics. It seems folks tend to ignore how many good Rare weapons are available and tend to look them down too... And worse; look down Guardians carrying them too. I am trying to reach Lvl 32 (need that Crota gear). I really like/use several Rare weapons despite having Legendary and Exotics. Keep the fight in the game. Peace everywhere else.
