Your 4th point doesn't help your argument at all, just hinders it.
There would be no reason to even mention the Queen going to war with the House of Wolves with his capture if they weren't related.
Edit:
Just read his grimoire and it directly states he was captured by the Queen while at war with the HoW. If this isn't a great indicator, I don't know what is.
