Reverse racism? What a joke....u do understand that white ppl being harassed for being white is just plain racism?? Reverse racism would be loving everyone regardless of race....

Loving everyone is called acceptance. Loving someone for being a certain race is racist because you view other races as inferior to said race. If you give a promotion to a less qualified man because he is a certain race, that is racist. Not "reverse racism". Reverse racism is not a real term.

Racism is not a behaviour solely associated with white people....racism can be any ethnicity against any other....if that concept is beyond your meagre understanding, then your whole argument becomes invalid.

As for the use of the word retard, it is a word that is used extremely often by a lot of people but I have yet to see you crying about that in other forum topics... So, you must've realised that I had you on the racism thing and instead of admitting you were wrong, you attempted to divert attention onto my use of a word....nice try but you argue like my gf, and she has yet to win one. No your rebuttal is great, i just accidentally selected you. Leather jacket was the guy I meant to reply to. I don't care about the word, I don't use it mainly because I don't toss those type of words around so often because I have a clean vocabulary.. until I rage. But, recognizing the impact is necessary. Racism is inequality, standing against it is supporting equality. I cringe when those people, who go against racism, use derogatory words like fagg0t, retard, or b1tch.

I have a 4-year old son with autism who lacks any academic or communication skills, my use of the term retard isn't a derogatory attack against people with intellectual disabilities, it's simply a term I have become accustomed to and no longer bothers me. This world is full of over-sensitive people who have contributed simply to making our society less enduring.....words like retard only have power over people if they let it....If no-one cared about these words, no-one would get offended.... Think on that

That's the thing, just because it no longer bothers you doesn't mean it's the same for others. Words hurt people out there, especially when you fit the word. You're kid might be offended by the word, kids are vicious so hopefully no one bags on him. I'm on the same boat as you, people could say what they want about me. It's not a bother, not everyone is like that. Which is why I refrain from using words like that. I don't enjoy ruining someone's day, I know people with brothers or sisters with a disorder and they don't like hearing jokes that relate to those conditions. It's called respect, and consideration. Something the internet lacks.

Haha well in some cases words do have different meanings f ag in Britain for instance but I agree with you for the most part and like a lot of your posts. I was in Qatar a couple years ago and the way they treated Kuwaiti, Pakistani, southeast asians, etc was completely alien to our group.
