Ooh, not bad. All three "Utility" perks are pretty good, so I'd say it's up to you. Personally, I'd go with Field Scout, but with Outlaw, it isn't entirely necessary, and you could easily get away with Single Point Sling or Perfect Balance, but I'd say that Perfect Balance would be the other priority. Make getting headshots all the easier.
