Hell to the no unless they are optional. I would rather solo the raid then get stuck with some random level 27 joining CE just because the game allowed him to and he wants a carry.

The activity is 30 so 3 levels under can get in. Four levels under you are just seeing immune when you shoot so you are dead weight to everyone else.

I forgot NM is a 30 level raid. Makes no sense.

Don't get me wrong it's one thing if I know them because I have carried friends but another if it's a random wanting a carry
