Praetorian Foil. Why does no one use it? Will you use it comw HoW?
Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

I have used it for oracles and it does one shot them if you get them at spawn even on HM. However it just sucks using because it is a special weapon and dps'ing Atheon with a primary sucks (no Ghorn here) Usually I run IB or BH and there is no room for the foil because you can't really switch quickly after killing oracles. As for the rest of the game, the charge rate is so low that I prefer other fusion rifles like Light of the Abyss or my titans Purifier VII.
