Towards where you start there is a ledge to your left that is smooth and sloped. If you have a good high jump like titan increased height or warlock glide you can reach the top. Enemies can hit you back so be ready to jump down. If you have a Hunter jump to the rocks in your right then to the left. I think the right side got patched so it gives the turn back message now.
