Lost in the Dark; Chapter 1:Could you lend me a hand?

Hello guardians, this is AnonPig of The Collective of Fanfiction and I'd like to take this moment to invite all writers and readers alike to join! This is a single part of a much larger story, A New Dark Shines, to read from the beginning of the beginning: Chapter 1; The Spine This is the first chapter of my new chilling series: Lost in the Dark. Follow our hero Erik, a titan, Asger, a Hunter, and Hanne-16, a warlock, as they venture into the dark. Authors note Bold will be used to emphasise a point, italic to be what Erik is thinking, and underline will be memories returning. Also, while I am giving this a title and chapter number it does not mean I will necessarily be continuing this story. The first chapter for me is a test to see how the setting and characters feel, if I like it will outline 10 chapters, maybe more maybe less, and then write. To apologize for anyone who likes this story and it doesn't continue, I leave you with a clue to a secret hidden in Arttu and the ahamkara chapter 10: The Bones Carry on Forever. I made a point, but if you missed it don't let it make you blue. It's sad enough for the both of you, even though it sits next to excitement. Would you lend me a hand? "...transmissions were lost at that point." Commander Zavala said. "We need you to assemble a team and go find what happened. Are you up for the task Erik?" That was the last thing Erik remembered when he woke in that dark and terrible place. The ash of dead hive covered him, and the ground. His ghost was gone. Where am I? Where is my team? Who was my team? The last was a stupid question, of course his team was Asger and Hanne-16, they were always who he chose. He felt balanced with the two of them, like no one needed to lead, like they shared a mind. He picked himself up off the ground. What was my mission? Think think think...ugh "Hello?! Guys?!" Erik shouts. No one answered, so he just started walking. He was clearly deep in the Moon, but where exactly he couldn't say. There was someone...something? He came here to find. But what was it? guess I'm lucky no hive are around. They definitely would have heard that and I'd be dead now. dead... ...could my friends be...no that's not possible, they just got separated and I fell. Erik continued walking through the Hive tunnels. There seemed to be no end in sight, more and more ash all around him. There was too much ash for it to be from just me, the others must have fought them off and went for help. My ghost was lost so if I was knocked out they wouldn't know what to do. He felt his foot kick something, but not a rock, something metal. He searched the ash until he found it again, it was metal, the well crafted metal of an exo. And more importantly an exo's hand, Hanne-16's hand. ///SMACK\\\ "Ow, okay okay I'm sorry Hanne-16, you know that was a little far though." Asger said laughing. "You're metal, so smacking me is like hitting me with an aluminum pipe." "Try titanium, but I'm sorry too, I didn't mean to hit you hard" Hanne-16 said with remorse in her voice. Thankyou for reading, this is your friendly neighborhood AnonPig reminding you to live beyond the story!
