I never received the queen's emissary card, even though I participated and leveled up in the event. Other than that you are already aware of the others that are misbehaving.

I believe you are mistaken. You receive the Queen's Emissary Grimoire card when you reach Level one, but according to the link below you only reached 975/1000 for rank 1. : ( http://www.destinyrep.com/#un=Bdfox15&t=2

Unfortunately I've deleted and remade characters several times, my hunter is my only original character. I got to around 1.5 or 1.75 with my second hunter (yes, I was that guy for a while). But in all reality, the weather is starting to get nice so destiny will soon become something to do when I'm bored in the evenings, so my incomplete grimoire score is starting to bug me even less.

Understood. It seems like that is the case half the time. I wish we could pull up old character data for a Guardian. If there is a way, I don't know what it could be. Either way, best of luck, and enjoy you're Grimoire trek! : )
