So, what weights/cardio routine does everyone partake in?
I'm currently sporting a 4k run with an ab routine, then chest/shoulders/back/biceps/triceps (A combo of any 2) whenever I go in; followed of course by sitting in the steam room for ages!

No. A friend of mine started to and now he won't shut up about it.

Lift six days a week, on a split. 17 years old so probably still got some natural growth to come on top of my gains. 5'11, gone from 150bs to 167lbs in mostly lean muscle since starting, made some great strength gains - DB curl was 8kg back in July, and it's now 24kg. Body's looking good, jawline's defined as fuark. One of the best things I've ever done. I've noticed a lot of threads about fitness around here lately, maybe it's just the tags. It's good to see.

I play my drums about every day. Other than that I'm a turtle.

Lift almost everyday and I hate it.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.

Belegarth in summer, probably going to be at least twice a week, possibly three times a week if all goes well.

I do weightlifting 3 days a week. 5x5 for most exercises. I'm planning on starting an endurance workout plan for 3 different days a week.

I lift 20lb weights and do a bunch of core exercises. Pull ups, push ups, abdominal workouts, I use to run, but seeing as it's winter, I don't do that during this time. I work now, so I rarely get time to worout anymore.
-
Nope, I probably should start though.

I have a bench and some dumbells in the house which I use 3 times a week and I occasionally go running, it's hardly a hardcore routine but it keeps me in decent shape without having to diet too much.

Four day split at the gym. I have Rowing 5 times a week, and that usually involves a 5k run at least once per week, and a 2k row.
-
Rowing. Don't pity me.

I should but I don't. Eh.
