I still work out, but I lift less than I used to. I had cancer, and after chemo, I had radiation, part of which was heavy doses to my right forearm. My bones are brittle as an egg, and I'm sure that one day I'm going to be benching and it's going to crumble. I do a lot more cycling now and do more battling ropes, medicine ball and yoga.
I used to run ultramarathons, but the chemo also damaged my heart, making cardio longer than 90 minutes dangerous.
