Now mainly cycle and Crossfit in spring through fall and weights in winter.
I'm too old for heavy s hit anymore.

That's awesome. It's the sort of thing I'm aiming to try for myself, I'm just about that height/weight, just missing the muscle mass and endurance. Used to have a lot more, but that was back when I practiced martial arts.

If that is true that's impressive. You should have pursued a career in professional sports most athletes can't even do that.

I was a 2 sport athlete in college ( football and baseball ). Now I coach hs football and also am an admin at the same school.

Very nice I played football myself CB for UT. I was nowhere near those lifts though haha. I did run a 4.45 40.
