If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

I'm sexy and I know it. Seriously, wife and I started up again last year...we need to pick up again... As soon as the little one is poddy trained. No more stress, nothing killing the day.. nothing to hold us back. But as long as it's nice out we do get many walls through the zoo during the week.
