Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Edited by Aron Beijl: 3/8/2015 5:01:45 PMI train Parkour two/three times a week, which keeps me very fit. Furthermore I'm probably going to take up running as well. Never set foot in a gym, while I'm more muscled than a lot of guys I know who hit the gym all the time.
