4-5 times a week! Straight cardio for an hour then I do weight training! I wrestle on and off. Trying to get back to the good ol' days

  • You shouldn't do too much cardio before weights. You'll exhaust yourself and won't perform as well as you could... 20 mins of cardio after weights is plenty imo But each to their own.
