Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)

Weightlifting at LEAST 3 times a week. Muscles make 'em go crazy. ;)

I weightlift every day taking Sunday's off. I'm 174lbs, can bench press 285lbs, and have 9% body fat. Love lifting at our YMCA but need to find a cheaper gym cause $46 a month is a lil pricey for a college student. Slowly but surely trying to bench 315lbs and be 185lbs, toned.

I'm sexy and I know it. Seriously, wife and I started up again last year...we need to pick up again... As soon as the little one is poddy trained. No more stress, nothing killing the day.. nothing to hold us back. But as long as it's nice out we do get many walls through the zoo during the week.

I bench 25 lbs (my daughter) daily for multiple reps. I lift a 6 pack every other night and weekends. I also power walk the dog 2 times a day, everyday.

Weightlifting 4 days a week Never bother with cardiovascular as I am on me feet 12th ours a day, 4 days a week. Also do some martial arts when I can be bothered to go to the classes.

5k on treadmill 3 times a week, 300 sit-ups everyday and weightlifting on weekend. It's not easy being a Guardian ;)

I do mostly cardio. I should do more weight lifting though because I look like a 6 foot 5 toothpick.

I play soccer, football, and basketball, and I swim, and I have school. and I have a 32 Titan with a ghorn. no reason why you shouldn't be a 32 yet

Yeah Monday Wednesday Friday are my 3 weightlifting days. And Tuesday Thursday And Saturday are cardio and sports time. You could say I'm on that grind for football and basketball. I'm at 210 and want to get to 230-240 in 5 months.

I work out 6x a week with a healthy mix of lifting and cardio.
